We are looking for an experienced candidate for the role of business development manager in our organization. You will be responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. You will also need to lead a team of marketing interns for efficiently scaling business and increase the sales of our product and service offerings.


Possessed functions of the right candidate

  • Align campaigns, assets, communications and messaging to corporate branding initiatives
  • Develop marketing collateral and sales tools like brochures, datasheet, presentations and proposals
  • Implement marketing strategies to meet or exceed demand generation and revenue targets
  • Report on periodic activities, results and ROI for marketing
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work independently
  • Strong analytical skills with a flair for business, Perseverant with ability to meet deadlines for executives and targets, and deep understanding of technical strategies

  • MBA or Any Degree
  • Must have 5-8 years of experience in the same field
  • Male candidates are required

Competence necessary for flowing our vacancy

  • A track record of defining clear business-relevant goals (metrics that matter) and meeting those goals through demand execution
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Well Experienced in Digital marketing channels of SMM, SEM, SMO, Content Management, email marketing and Bid Management tools
  • Experience of ROI driven campaign management and Excellent written, oral and organizational skills
  • Must be self-motivated and works well independently and within a team
