Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Consultant (Inside Sales) to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will promote our IT services, including web development, mobile apps, software solutions, and digital services.
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Head in day-to-day operations, lead follow-ups, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and prepare business presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Identify potential clients through research, online platforms, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain and update lead databases regularly.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Initiate and manage communication with prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

- Build strong professional relationships to increase client retention and satisfaction.
- Support in pricing discussions and contract negotiations under the guidance of the Marketing Head.
- Generate weekly or monthly business development reports.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/MBA, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing in an IT services.
- Good understanding of IT services, software development cycles, and client needs.
