We are looking for talented and experienced Business Development Executive to work with our tech team and our customers to translate their business needs to functional requirements and user stories. Male candidate with excellent and Influential Communication skills in Malayalam and English are preferred. Strong experience in IT software products / services selling, closing client deals and knowledge of end to end Sales Cycle are required.

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies in IT industry
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts and building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings and conferences
  • Conduct competitive research /analysis and identifying potential sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and prioritization

  • Candidate should have proven experience in software selling, bidding portals and excellent track record with medium and large projects
  • Hands on experience in documentation and prototyping tools and preparing BA artifacts like Proposals, SRS, BRDs, Prototypes etc
  • Very good Social networking skills through LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other leading sites
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management and confident working with all business levels & key decision makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
