We are looking for an experienced candidate for the role of business development manager in our organization. The selected candidate will play a critical role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives from the international market. You will also need to lead a team of marketing interns to efficiently scaling the business and increase the sales of our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities

Possessed functions of the right candidate

Plan and implement a sales strategy
Identify new prospects and opportunities from overseas markets
Identify business opportunities in legacy and upcoming technologies
Demonstrate our IT services to key client stakeholders
Participate in Sales events and roadshows
Drive RFP(Request for proposal) responses and demos
Work closely with the marketing team in ideating and developing marketing campaigns
Report on periodic activities, results, and ROI for marketing
Ability to organize and prioritize work independently
Strong analytical skills with a flair for business, Perseverant with ability to meet deadlines for executives and targets, and deep understanding of technical strategies

Eligibility Criteria

Benchmark for selection

MBA with B.tech background

Must have 3+ years experience in the same field

Skills

Competence necessary for flowing our vacancy

3+ years of experience in selling IT services/software products to top-end overseas customers
A track record of defining clear business-relevant goals (metrics that matter) and meeting those goals through demand execution.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Strong business acumen to identify opportunities and pursue closure
Consistent track record of achieving sales target
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Must be self-motivated and works well independently and within a team.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Team player with a positive attitude and a high level of integrity.
