HR Manager

Lilac Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to manage and strengthen our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance.

You will play a key role in building a positive work culture, improving employee engagement, and ensuring HR processes align with organisational goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with practical experience in HR operations.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee performance appraisal and evaluation processes
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure statutory compliance and labour law adherence
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and training programs
• Support management in organisational development

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1+ year experience in HR operations or HR management role in the IT industry
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
