Lilac Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced IT Consultant (Inside Sales) to drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients for our software development and digital solutions services.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT sales, lead generation, client consultation, and closing deals. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, proposing suitable IT solutions, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful deal closures.

This role requires strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, and a solid understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, SaaS platforms, and digital marketing solutions.

Your Mission

Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Conduct virtual meetings and product/service presentations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
Coordinate with technical teams for solution feasibility
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term client relationships
Handle negotiations and close deals

Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Minimum 1+ year experience in IT Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development
Experience in selling IT services or software solutions
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
