Job Description
Lilac Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Laravel Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in web application development. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, a solid understanding of MVC architecture, and the ability to build scalable and secure web applications.
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web-based solutions while collaborating with frontend developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework
- Design and implement RESTful APIs
- Work with MySQL database design, optimisation, and query performance tuning
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and frontend developers
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Deploy applications on live servers (shared/VPS/cloud environments)
- Maintain proper documentation for development tasks
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / MCA / B.Tech or related field
- Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in PHP Laravel development
- Experience working on live production projects
- Strong understanding of database structures and relationships
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Core PHP
- Hands-on experience with Laravel Framework (8/9/10+)
- Good understanding of MVC architecture
- Experience with MySQL and database optimisation
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue Js
- Familiarity with REST API development & integration
- Version control knowledge (Git)
- Basic understanding of server management (cPanel, VPS, AWS is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills
- Time management and deadline-oriented
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects
