We are hiring a Project Coordinator who will support project management, act as a backup when necessary, and manage administrative and operational elements of projects to assure successful completion and client satisfaction while meeting company financial goals for the project. Create in-depth action plans by considering resources, timelines, and budgets Coordination of local and remote teams, subcontractor management, client communication, and project planning are an integral part of the role of Project Coordinator.

  • Manage projects and ensure that customer solution are delivered on time, within scope/budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Get in technical discussion with different project stakeholders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate status to all participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials.
  • Develop executive summaries and other critical components of deliverables.
  • Ensure that incidents and requests are handled according to agreed procedures
  • Ensure that documentation of the supported component is available and in an appropriate form for those providing support
  • Ensure that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services ensuring that such problems are fully documented within the relevant system(s)
  • Coordinate the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures and analyze patterns and trends
  • Line-manage all members of the team, to develop their skills individually and as a team
  • Communicate effectively acting as a key liaison with users team members
  • Take ownership for workload and keep others informed, highlighting potential problems and suggesting solutions to ensure continuity of service
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of specific technical/functional skills in the team
  • Periodic process/strategy improvement
  •  Identify risks and timely escalation to stakeholder
  • Demonstrate/introduce an effective way of Collaboration, Quality, and Delivery
  • Manage Vendor efficiently and ensure clear goals and responsibilities agreed for vendor support
  • Ensure team follows the defined quality process
  • Mentor junior resources in the team
  • Identify and train backup

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria

Benchmark for selection

  • MCA, BE/B.TECH, BCA, BSC IT or Equivalent
  • 1-2  years of experience in the IT industry

Competence necessary for flowing our vacancy

  • At least 1 year of experience in coordinating projects.
  • Must have worked in software project management roles.
  • Have the ability to dive deep to understand why behind every deliverable.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and Business units
  • Experience working in Agile team and exposure to agile development methodologies
  • Experience in container-oriented architectures (Openshift / Kubernete)
  • Ability to quickly learn and implement new tools/technologies
  • Passionate about contributing to a small team and helping drive functional and technical vision
  • Strong ability to analyze, synthesize & communicate
  • Effective communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with client managers, teams across BLs and other cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical ability to research and independently drive POCs
  • Project management expertise from conception to delivery
  • Great organizational skills like multitasking and time-management
  • Inter-personal skills to strike a good rapport with the clients
  • Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Well-versed in Project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
  • Trained or certified in LEAN, Six Sigma, CCNA, CISSP, and PMP. is a plus
