We are looking for experienced IT Project Managers with experience in managing small and medium-sized IT projects in a complex multi-discipline setting. Individuals with the passion to drive significant business outcomes through project management skills, business acumen, and leadership can apply for the same. As an experienced Development Leader, whilst being highly technical and hands-on capable, you will lead development projects on Laravel, Node.js, React Native, and Flutter-based technologies. Project manager responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project.

Responsibilities

Possessed functions of the right candidate

Manage medium to large projects with more than 10 team members and be responsible for the scope, schedule, and cost of the project
Manage communication to project team and stakeholders
Manage risks and issues in projects and lead them to closure
Manage requirements traceability matrix to solution by working with business analysts and architects
Enable team collaboration through conducting workshops, meetings, etc.,
Follow up on tasks to be completed by IT team members and resolve blocks to enable teams to make progress
Escalate to senior management and stakeholders to resolve issues and impediments
Own project management deliverables such as project charter, project plan,
Work with test managers and testers to ensure test phases are carried out per plan
Ensure all change and release management are followed to implement changes to production environments and transition to support teams
Utilize PM professional skills to enhance the level of service and quality of deliverables.
Communicate complex issues to stakeholders with recommendations on the path forward.
Assistance in security deployment and management.
Estimate initial project cost and schedule with the help of project team members of different geography or customers as desired.
Allocate resources appropriately to meet program needs and minimize resource contention.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings to ensure all parties understand the deliveries and milestones and the resources that are assigned.
Proficient in Agile methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements

Eligibility Criteria

Benchmark for selection

MCA, BE/B.TECH, BCA, BSC IT or Equivalent, Any Diploma in CS.
5-8 years of experience in the IT industry with minimum 4 years as Project Manager/Scrum Master

Skills

Competence necessary for flowing our vacancy

Bachelors degree in IT / Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of experience implementing IT solutions in a project manager role.
Deep knowledge and experience in SDLC methodologies - waterfall, Agile, etc.,
Thorough understanding of project management artifacts and deliverables
Experience following best practices and project management standards
Experience with vendor engagement, Statement of work, and procurement processes
Good understanding of software test methodologies and exposure to test management tools is a plus
Great oral and written communication, presentation skills, meeting management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrate eagerness to learn new methods, follow the lead, and achieve results.
High internal drive/self-initiative; Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience with Project Documentation, JIRA/Bug tracking software, proposal preparation, etc.
