We are looking for a ProjectCoordinator who will support project management, act as a backup whennecessary, and manage administrative and operational elements of projects toassure successful completion and client satisfaction while meeting company financialgoals for the project. Create in-depth action plans by considering resources,timelines, and budgets Coordination of local and remote teams, subcontractormanagement, client communication, and project planning are an integral part ofthe role of Project Coordinator.

  • Experience workingin Agile team and exposure to agile development methodologies
  • Experience incontainer-oriented architectures (Openshift / Kubernete)
  • Ability toquickly learn and implement new tools/technologies
  • Passionateabout contributing to a small team and helping drive functional and technicalvision
  • Strong abilityto analyze, synthesize & communicate
  • Effectivecommunication & presentation skills
  • Ability tointeract with client managers, teams across BLs and other cross-functionalteams
  • Strongtechnical ability to research and independently drive POCs
  • Projectmanagement expertise from conception to delivery
  • Greatorganizational skills like multitasking and time-management
  • Inter-personalskills to strike a good rapport with the clients
  • Knowledge ofrisk management and quality assurance control
  • Knowledge ofMicrosoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Well-versed inProject management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
  • Trained orcertified in LEAN, Six Sigma, CCNA, CISSP, and PMP. is a plus

  • Manage projectsand ensure that customer solution are delivered on time, within scope/budget,and to the required quality standards.
  • Get intechnical discussion with different project stakeholders.
  • Liaise withstakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Act as thepoint of contact and communicate status to all participants.
  • Create andmaintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Monitor projectprogress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Prepare andinterpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Preparenecessary presentation materials.
  • Developexecutive summaries and other critical components of deliverables.
  • Ensure thatincidents and requests are handled according to agreed procedures
  • Ensure thatdocumentation of the supported component is available and in an appropriateform for those providing support
  • Ensure thatappropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems insystems and services ensuring that such problems are fully documented withinthe relevant system(s)
  • Coordinate theimplementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures and analyzepatterns and trends
