Responsibilities

Coordinate with developers to understand their needs andplan personalized development programs.
Collaborate with trainers to design and deliver effectivetraining modules.
Drive process efficiency and effectiveness across alloperations within the department.
Ensure timely resolution grievances and meet service levelcommitments for people requests.
Conduct regular sessions to promote collaboration,motivation, and team cohesion.
Conduct IV sessions for potential talent acquisition.
Drive business development initiatives for the R&Ddivision of Lilac Infotech.
Support leadership in succession planning, bench management,and overall business development.
Foster a positive working environment conducive to growthand productivity.
Coordinate placement activities for trained personnel.
Conduct personal and professional development programs toenhance employee skills and competencies.

Eligibility Criteria

Prior experience in the IT industry is essential.
Postgraduate/MBA qualification preferred.
Fluency in written and verbal communication is a must.
Age: 40 plus
